About me and my therapy practice
I'm Paula and I'm here to help you work through the stuff that's keeping you stuck.
I work with clients who may be struggling with anxiety or trauma related to their family, relationships or personal experiences. We will use our time together to take a closer look at these issues and create a plan for addressing them in a way that leaves you feeling in greater control. My clients generally experience an improvement in symptoms within 6-10 sessions.
Rather than attending a specific number of sessions because you have committed to them, I believe that, for you to get the most out of counselling, it is important that you come because you want to and feel that you are getting some benefit from them.
I work from an accessible downstairs room in a peaceful, private and rural setting.
Please note that, due to the rural location, it is only accessible by car.

I recognise that starting counselling is a big step and one in which you will want to be sure that you have chosen the right person to share your struggles with.
