About me and my therapy practice
Our lives can sometimes feel overwhelming. Therapy is a time and a space to be heard, to build awareness, strength and spontaneity. The conversations between client and therapist are unique and precious. Beyond techniques, tools and training, research shows that a successful therapy tends to be based on a relationship, on trust, collaboration and true listening. As a psychotherapeutic counsellor, I am inviting you to explore your own story, in the presence of an attentive and reflective fellow traveller. I work both in English and in French, with clients from diverse countries, ethnicities and cultures.
I am used to working with a wide range of emotions, including anxiety and depression. Some of my clients have survived traumas, including abuse. Some of them need to learn how to understand and manage stress, panic attacks and nightmares. At all times, I keep a non-judgemental stance, aiming to support you in your search for meaning, strength and relations.
My training is in relational Transactional Analysis (TA). Our approach originates in psychoanalysis and is rooted in humanist philosophy. I believe in our shared humanity, whatever our histories, perspectives and values. I believe there is profound worth in all of us.
