Are you struggling at the moment? Are you wanting to make changes to improve your life? I am an experienced Counsellor offering respectful, non judgmental and supportive counselling.
Most people seek counselling when they are struggling to deal with a difficult situation and are wanting things to be different. Counselling can help you to identify difficult feelings and emotions and enable you to develop and implement new strategies and thinking, to bring about change. It is an opportunity for you to have a voice and be heard.
We are all individual and all require different things. I offer a counselling experience tailor made to suit your needs.
I have an enhanced CRB/DBS check and have extensive safeguarding and child protection training.
