About me and my therapy practice
I provide counselling for a range of everyday life issues such as relationship difficulties, bullying, lack of self-confidence, financial worries, depression, stress and anxiety.
I’ve also had a lot of experience working with trauma, sexual abuse past or present, domestic abuse, self-harm and suicidal thoughts.
I can offer you a calm, confidential and non-judgmental space in which to talk over whatever it is that’s troubling you. Sometimes, people tell me that they don’t think their problem is serious enough to warrant counselling, but I believe if there’s something on your mind that’s getting in the way of you leading your life the way you want to, then it’s worth having a look at.
Together we can look at whatever might be going on for you at the moment. As a counsellor, I have an understanding that at times, people will experience areas of their life that are difficult and cause them to be stuck. My aim is to work with you to be able to make sense of these areas in order to find positive change.
