Grief is the change we didn’t want, the loss of a planned future. We grieve not only for the death of a loved one but also for the loss of good health (life changing injuries, cancer diagnoses and life restricting illnesses), a relationship or an established career.

Grief often hit us like endless and unforgiving waves. We don't have control over it. Feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, lonely, guilty, confused, chaotic, loss of control, anger, helpless, hopeless and numb are common emotions occur when you are in grief. Whatever the pain and suffering you are struggling with, I will walk hand in hand with you and be your witness.

My work is trauma informed, it’s an integration of Humanistic Integrative Counselling, CBT, Mindfulness, Imagery and Trauma releasing bodywork. We will address and validate your struggles, learn the techniques of self emotional regulation, processing your current as well as your old wounds.

I am here to help you navigate through your difficult time at your own pace.

Please feel free to contact me to arrange a free 20 minutes consultation with no obligation.
