I'm a registered BACP therapeutic counsellor offering counselling and psychotherapy services for adults and young people facing emotional challenges.
I specialise in working with individuals who are navigating emotional difficulties such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship issues, and personal development.
I understand that each person's journey is unique, and I strive to create a therapeutic approach that supports your individual needs.
