About me and my therapy practice
As a Solution Focused Therapist I use a combination of collaborative therapies to help you make significant, positive changes in a relatively short period of time. Using a mix of therapies like BA (Behavioural Activation), CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), SFBT (Solution Focused Brief Therapy) and SFH (Solution Focused Hypnotherapy) I offer one-to-one clinic sessions for adults, couples and adolescents for a variety of issues which include stress, depression, anger, anxiety, phobias, confidence, grief, sleep problems, low self-esteem and relationship concerns. Sometimes people come to me because they are feeling stuck, unsure of how to make the changes they know could make their lives better. Working together, we are able to identify and break unhelpful cycles of behaviour, and develope new skills to give a better quality of life.
Practice description
I practice from a quiet space in Talygarn Manor, seeing clients here in person or online if preferred. Whilst I usually work weekdays, please do ask if you need a weekend appointment.
My first session
Sessions are relaxed, safe spaces for us to start working together.
I generally ask clients for personal and background information prior to our first session to help us make the most of our time together.
