About me and my therapy practice

Hello and welcome to my profile. My counselling approach is integrative, meaning I can adapt the therapy to the need of the client and using this flexibility ensures the most helpful approach to a problem. I feel it's vital to ensure a warm, caring space where trust can develop and create a strong working relationship.

As well as private practice, I've worked within a NHS setting and addiction agencies, counselling people with multi diagnosis and complex issues.
