About me and my therapy practice
I am a registered member of BACP and a member of the British Psychological Society. My qualifications include the Diploma in Counselling and a psychology-based Honours Degree. I am also a qualified Life Coach. Prior to starting my private practice I spent many years as a volunteer Cruse counsellor and have extensive experience in bereavement issues and coping strategies and have used these skills to help a wide variety of clients of all ages, including children. In addition I have wide experience in the area of stress management, anxiety and depression. I use a wide range of counselling approaches in my work and select the most appropriate one for each individual client.
My practice is home-based. There is ample parking and a private entrance to my comfortable counselling room.
