About me and my therapy practice
I take a holistic approach to health and well-being, which incorporates both the mental, physical and spiritual aspects of ourselves as a person to feel good and fulfilled.
I am a registered counsellor and coach. I offer a warm and friendly space for you to share and explore the challenges you are currently facing.
Sometimes life can become overwhelming, you may be feeling a bit stuck or lost and not sure where to go from there.
It can be extremely beneficial to talk to someone outside of our normal support system to gain a broader perspective and work through what is troubling you.
Therapy sessions can help you make sense of what you are going through and feeling without judgement. It allows you to focus completely on yourself, to be seen and heard in a caring, empathic space.
I have grown up and worked in many different countries and cultures. We are all different, the way we have been shaped growing up and our experiences in life are all unique to us.
I am an integrative practitioner, which means that the way in which I work places your needs central to the therapy. Together we will explore what brought you to therapy and what it is that you hope to get from therapy. With this in mind, my approach is flexible and adaptable to your needs.
