About me and my therapy practice
If you are having feeling of being confused, overwhelmed and/or anxious in any aspects of your life, I can help you to understand these uncomfortable feelings in a supportive and empathetic manner. I offer support with feelings that involve personal or work relationships and stresses; communication with those around you, or your life goals. Any work will be confidential and I will build a trusting and safe environment for you to explore any issues and needs you have.
I am a qualified counsellor, offering integrative counselling in person-centred therapy and CBT (when required). I work in the Bolton area and face-to-face and online sessions.
