Hi, I’m Emma and thanks for taking a moment to stop by.

If you are unhappy with yourself, feeling anxious, depressed and looking for a better way of being and living please do not hesitate to contact me. Sometimes, having someone to walk the journey with you, without any judgement can help. I warmly welcome individuals from all walks of life, regardless of age, gender, or background.

With the aim of working alongside you, I like to keep an open heart and mind. I offer a non-judgmental space for you to explore yourself and bring clarity and perspective to the dilemmas you would like to work on.

I have experience working with clients dealing with a wide range of issues, including but not limited to:

● Stress and anxiety

● Self-criticism and negative self-talk

● Body image and self-acceptance

My approach empowers you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and desires, fostering self-awareness, inner healing, and personal growth. I tailor therapeutic techniques to suit your specific needs, aiming to create a safe and supportive environment where you feel heard and understood.

My first session

First steps

- Get in touch to request a 15-minute introductory call.

- Following the introductory call we can arrange a 50-minute initial session

- Following the initial session, we can then agree on a time and day each week that suits yourself on an open-ended basis.
