About me and my therapy practice

Welcome! I am an experienced and BACP-accredited counsellor, working with adults aged 19 and over. I am also a registered online counsellor with ACTO (Level 2, Cert No. 0004720). I have been counselling for over 14 years, supporting clients through various challenges, including anxiety, depression, bereavement, stress, and self-esteem issues.

My passion lies in enabling clients to understand their feelings and empowering them to move forward toward a more positive and hopeful future. I work by listening, validating your experiences, and supporting you to explore new perspectives and coping strategies. I work in different ways with each client, depending on their situation and goals.

I offer non-judgmental, non-discriminatory counselling, creating a space to explore your thoughts and feelings, and the impact these have on your well-being.

I also hold a degree in Health and Social Care, which has enhanced my ability to support clients through a variety of life challenges. Additionally, I have completed a Level 5 Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) as part of my continued professional development (CPD), enabling me to integrate CBT techniques where appropriate.
