About me and my therapy practice

I offer individual counselling and psychotherapy to adults experiencing anxiety and stress, depression, difficulties with assertiveness, low self esteem, relationship issues, difficulties managing anger, loss and a wide range of issues. I have many years experience in the NHS and private sector.

I use cognitive behavioural therapy, person centred counselling and psychodynamic skills, working integratively according to the needs of the client. Work can be long or short term.

A first meeting is an opportunity to discuss the issues and what you hope to resolve, establish whether counselling/psychotherapy is the best way forward for you, and how the work might continue.

I work in an attractive, purpose designed private building with on site, off street parking.
