About me and my therapy practice

I offer a welcoming, safe, warm and confidential space to explore difficult and challenging issues. My theoretical framework is integrative, my approach is humanistic, psychodynamic, systemic, short and long term counselling; dealing with issues as difficulties in your relationship, loss and bereavement, stress and anxiety, depression, low self esteem and self confidence, trauma, abuse, or work related issues. Mindfulness trained (Bangor University) facilitator.
