About me and my therapy practice

I am passionate in wide-ranging clinical areas; particularly in trauma, anxiety and depression. Able to offer open-ended and short-term therapy. Humanistic, Psychodynamic and CBT approaches. My clinical experience extends to public (psychiatric hospitals/mental health organisations), employee assistance, private practice and academic settings.

One of the principles I strive to offer is autonomy, which is the respect for the client's right to be self-governing. My intention is to offer choice to the best of my abilities, and aim to reflect this through a discussion of your expectations during our work together.
