About me and my therapy practice
The current COVID-19 outbreak will bring forward so many emotions for all and perhaps an even greater need to be able to process these. I can offer on-line therapy over Zoom or Skype which has proven to be working well whilst the social distancing measures are in place.
I am a BACP Accredited counsellor and supervisor working in Penzance with over 20 years experience supporting people therapeutically facing a wide range of life issues.
I am particularly skilled in working with eating disorders, addiction, anxiety, attachment, relationships, fertility, pregnancy and birth trauma.
I have more recently been studying a Diploma in Pre and Perinatal psychology which has incorporated a lot of breath work. I have been learning how our own birth experience continues to impact upon our nervous system and life experiences until the trauma is released.
Away from therapy I can usually be found spending time with my young family and friends, attending courses, singing or with any luck - running for miles along the local coast paths!
