About me and my therapy practice
Sometimes difficulties arise in our lives when we least expect it. We all need some self-care from time to time to help and support us move forward in our life. Perhaps you have experienced a relationship breakdown or are under increasing pressure at work making you feel stressed. Do you struggle with being a parent and trying to get the work life balance but never feeling it is enough? Do you want to feel less anxious or stressed? Maybe you wished you worried less and that your mind would just switch off so you could get a good night’s sleep so you didn’t feel so exhausted doing even the simple day to day tasks.
I work by offering my clients a safe private space where you can explore your own thoughts and feelings at your own pace. I am here to help and support you with this to enable you to become emotionally stronger to make the positive changes you need to so that you can live your life in a more meaningful way.
I offer sessions in person and online, via zoom or telephone. I will ask you about what has brought you to therapy and answer any questions you may have, then you can decide if this is the right choice for you.
