About me and my therapy practice

Are you feeling sad, anxious, alone and struggling with difficult or distant relationships with your parents, friends or partner? Have you experienced abuse, addiction or anything that has created difficulties and impacted on your current life and relationships?

Perhaps you are carrying a silent pain that you wish the people around you could see. Maybe you are tired of not feeling validated and understood buy those closest to you.

Are you reactive and angry with your partner? but baffled as to how the conflict starts. Do you look for any way to escape those painful feelings?

I would like to help you with this.

I work therapeutically with adult survivors of complex and dysfunctional childhood relationships and trauma. This means we work together to try and make sense of your early relationships and experiences in childhood that you feel are still troubling you today.

I listen, empathize and gently try to understand what it feels like to be you. I will help you to explore your issues but never push you to talk about things that you are not ready for. I can help you gain insight into how past relationships are affecting you today and playing out in your everyday life, helping you to foster a new sense of empowerment.
