About me and my therapy practice
If you are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, sad or that something is just not quite right, then counselling may well be useful for you. I provide a calm, confidential and reflective space for you to explore any difficulties you may be experiencing. At the heart of my approach is the belief that together we can create an awareness of what is causing the current discomfort. Furnished with greater awareness, I can then support you in making the changes necessary to help restore greater equilibrium and wellness in your life.
I offer face to face sessions from counselling@unit12 in Winall, Winchester. With close access to the M3 and A34, it is also conveniently situated for Eastleigh, Southampton, Basingstoke, Andover and the surrounding Hampshire villages.
Online and telephone sessions are also available.
I offer short-term or open-ended counselling for adults and young people (16+).
My first session
I offer a free initial 15 minute telephone appointment where we can explore what has brought you to seek support and to help you decide if I am the right therapist for you.
If we decide to work together, future sessions are 50 minutes in length and usually take place on the same day and time on a weekly basis.
