About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified (Warwick University) and registered (MBACP) Psychotherapist and Counsellor working in Alveston, near Stratford-upon-Avon. I offer short and long term therapy to individuals over 12 years old.
I work in a Person-Centred way. This means that I will provide a safe environment for you to bring your worries to. I will not judge you and I hope you will feel comfortable with me. We will explore together what is going on for you. The aim of our work together will be for you to find a new, stronger outlook on life. This will help with resolving problems and forging a path to a happier, more meaningful, life.
My first session
Please contact me by phone, email or via my website to arrange an initial meeting at the reduced fee of £25. During this meeting I can explain a little about the process of therapy and we can decide if working together is right for you.
