About me and my therapy practice
Welcome! I am Baljit Kamal. I am a registered psychotherapeutic counsellor and the founder of "Well Space Therapy" practice.
I have twenty-five years' of experience working in the private, public and voluntary sector. In 2013 out of interest I enrolled on a course, ‘‘Awareness in Bereavement Care’’. This course inspired me, to retrain as a therapist.
For a number of years, I worked within the charity setting to support clients on a voluntary basis. My interest in the mental health industry grew and in 2019, I transitioned to this field by setting up my own private practice. Since then, I have been supporting private clients, employee assisted providers and corporate well-being.
I offer a relaxed and non-judgemental space for you to explore your concerns and thoughts when life becomes difficult or uncertain. All sessions are private and completely confidential.
You will be greeted with a warm welcome, with exceptional client care service.

This means that therapy is a click away and accessible at a time convenient for you, irrespective of where you are based geographically.
I am offering a reduced rate (first three sessions), to any key-workers who have been directly affected by Covid.
I also offer a reduced rate for students, trainee counsellors and OAP's.

The first session presents an opportunity for you to share your journey and ask me any questions.
