About me and my therapy practice

I'm a psychodynamic therapist that will tailor my sessions to fit your needs. I will work with you and alongside you to help you try to achieve your goals. It's all about you and I will work at your pace.

Practice description

I deal with issues, such as, anxiety/stress, fears/phobias, worries in the workplace or at home and various other issues, our speciality is helping people to cope with any issues you are facing, so you are never alone.

How is this done? Through a unique blend of powerful therapeutic techniques tailored to you. This provides clarity, confidence, skills, health and energy so that you feel supported and empowered.

My first session

During our first session, I will complete an assessment with you so we can identify what your presenting issues are. Then we will see what else comes up along the way as this is often the case.
