About me and my therapy practice
Occasionally life can seem to much to cope with. Therapy is an opportunity to press the pause button so that difficult thoughts, feelings and behaviours can be explored. Over a series of counselling sessions you will start to make more sense of things and develop a better understanding of yourself. This will help resolve some of the complicated feelings that you have, putting you in a better position to deal with life's challenges.
I can offer a safe environment in which you can share your thoughts and feelings openly and honestly. My role will be to listen, without judgement, so that together we can develop a deep understanding of what is currently going on for you to help you resolve your current challenges.
I have worked with a clients on a wide range of personal challenges, including depression, anxiety, stress, bereavement, relationship issues, workplace issues, confidence, and self-esteem.
I have a MSc in Counselling and Psychotherapy (Distinction). I have experience working at the NHS. I teach counselling at a local college.
