About me and my therapy practice
We all have times in our lives, when we need help from someone we can trust to listen without judgement, focus on how our problems impact on us, and express an honest, independent response. Often clients are feeling overwhelmed due to the many changes taking place in their lives. They feel they have little or no control. I know how that feels.
As a person centred counsellor, I am interested in you and the events that have stopped you from getting on with your life. My job is to provide a safe space for you, where you feel comfortable to look deeper at how these events have impacted on you.
Through the counselling process, I will help you gain a sense of healing from the past and learn to trust your instincts. With a clearer understanding of your experience, I will help you to discover what choices you have. My aim is to help guide you towards a future more suited to you, one that allows you to take good care of yourself.
