I work between 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and 8:30 a.m - 1:30 p.m. on Fridays.
About me and my therapy practice
Hi, I'm Brett.
My aim is to provide a safe, compassionate, supportive space to work through whatever is distressing you or holding you back. My priority is to build a relationship of trust where we can work together for therapeutic change.
I offer warmth and acceptance and believe that a collaborative, trusting relationship is key to therapeutic change.
I am an integrative psychotherapist which means that I am trained in a range of therapies and can offer bespoke therapy dependant on client need and preference.
My training is in Humanistic, Psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioural Therapies. I believe that there is no one size fits all approach for therapy and I will adapt my approach to suit each individual client.
Sometimes life is tough and we need a confidential space where we can share our thoughts and feelings without fear of judgement.

Practice description
Sessions are 60 minutes in length and can be face to face or via video call.
My first session
In our first session together we will talk about your reasons for coming to therapy and explore your hopes, expectations and any goals you may wish to work on.
If you do not have a clear idea of exactly what you want from therapy that is ok (and quite normal), we can explore this together.
