About me and my therapy practice
I’m a BACP registered Psychosynthesis therapist with an MA in Psychosynthesis psychology from University of Middlesex
Psychosynthesis holds Self as the context for healing.
I work with clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, addictions, feelings of loss or isolation.
If you're feeling confused or overwhelmed with work, family or relationship issues, I offer a peaceful supportive space to pause and reflect on your life.
Practice description
The painful symptoms which bring us to therapy are often the doorway to a more authentic sense of who we are and who we may be…
Our work together is sacred and confidential and I am committed to supporting your journey, wherever that may lead.
“We delight at the beauty of the butterfly, but rarely admit the changes it has gone through to achieve that beauty” (Maya Angelou)
