I have a full practice, but there is constant movement due to the nature of the work. Please get in touch to see whether there is current availability. If there is flexibility in your schedule (during the day as opposed to evenings), there is more chance we'd be able to meet in the near future.

About me and my therapy practice

Far from demonstrating weakness, seeking support takes a great deal of courage. It is also a sign of self-respect and emotional evolution and is the first step towards new insight and understanding - towards real change.

As an introduction, I offer a 20 minute telephone consultation where we can discuss your needs, any questions you may have and decide whether to begin working together. Bringing openness and clarity to the process of therapy can often help ease any fears or uncertainties you may be experiencing. This intro call is free of charge.

My role in the process of your therapy will be to establish trust between us, through sincere warmth, care and authenticity, as well as appropriate challenge. I will help you to identify your therapeutic goals and together we can work towards these.

Your role in the process of therapy is to commit to showing up - both in body and in spirit. To be open to whatever arises in you, even if it is scary. When we allow ourselves to be seen, amazing things can happen. I am always open to honest feedback about how you are experiencing the work - in fact, your input is likely to significantly benefit your healing.

If you have any questions about me, my practice or the therapy process please do get in touch.

Whatever has brought you here to this moment, trust the timing of your life, and lean into the discomfort.
