About me and my therapy practice
Hi, I'm Gillian and I'm a person centred therapist.
What does person centred mean for you? It means we work at your pace and with whatever you bring to the session. This provides you with safe, non judgemental, confidential environment to work through issues whether current or historical, whatever is causing you difficulty or creating overthinking, overwhelm or sadness.
With over 10 years experience including prison settings, corporate and disabled environments, there isn't much I haven't experienced in my work or personal life.
I bring a warmth to the therapeutic relationship which I have been told puts people quickly at ease. I understand for some taking the first step can feel difficult, I offer a safe, relaxed and confidential environment to help you work it out.
