About me and my therapy practice
Please visit www.findyoubeyou.com for more information on my Service and the Find You...Be You Team.
I work with adults, couples, children and young people. I specialise in - relationship issues, adult survivors of sexual abuse, anxiety, loss and low moods.
When I work with clients I put you and your areas of concern at the heart of the work. We work together at your pace and towards your outcomes - even if initially it may be hard to know what they are. We will work together to support you.
We can discuss your hopes for therapy at a free initial meeting - where we can both assess your hopes for therapy.
I have over 10,000 client hours and continue to be enthusiastic and passionate about my work. I ensure that I continue my training and personal development and to this end I have established a CPD group for other counsellors.
I have 14 yrs experience - working in private practice as well as in GP practices, charities, BUPA and Aviva.
I am a tutor and deliver workshops on a variety of areas, including patenting, positivity, empowerment and mindfulness.
My qualifications include an Advanced Diploma in Humanistic counselling, Post Grad Diploma in Counselling Children and Young People, EMDR, training in CBT and Mindfulness and Supervision.

My supervision work is collaborative, supportive and informative and my commitment to you is that I will endeavour to support you in the best interests of the client.
I offer an initial free session where we can discuss what you expect from supervision and explore how I work in relation to you and your clients.
