About me and my therapy practice

Currently offering online sessions via Zoom or telephone.

I am a BACP registered counsellor and Certified Cyber Therapist with over 10 years of experience in private practice. I work with people from all walks of life with all kinds of presenting issues including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, infidelity, health issues, grief and addictions. I work with individuals and couples both in person and online via Zoom.

In these challenging times people are seeking the support of a counsellor online, often for the first time and choosing one can be daunting. In addition to my ‘in person, practice I trained as an online therapist in 2015 and have been running a successful online service since then.

I am open and flexible in my approach, preferring to tailor our sessions to your needs rather than working to a set formula. The most important aspect of therapy is the relationship we create together so that you can achieve the changes you need. Feel free to arrange an initial chat either by phone or email to answer any questions you may have.

I am a fully qualified and experienced Integrative Counsellor and member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy and the Association of Counsellors & Therapists Online.  I draw from a range of Humanistic therapies including Person-Centred, Gestalt Therapy and Transactional Analysis to find the best way of working for you and with you, as an individual.

I offer both short term and long term counselling to individuals and couples, depending on your needs.

Please visit my website for further information on how I work and how counselling can benefit you.

My first session

The first session is a shorter 30 minute appointment for us to meet, have a chat and decide if we feel it would be helpful for you to book further sessions. This is charged at £25.

Further sessions are 50 minutes and charged at £50/£75 for couples.

I offer a discounted rate for students, NHS workers and those on a low income of £35.
