About me and my therapy practice

Choosing a counsellor can be daunting, so I offer a free initial consultation so that you can come and meet me and ask any questions you may have about the counselling process before you decide.

Coming for counselling is your opportunity to talk to things over in confidence and safety in a way that is not always possible with family or friends. I believe that we all have the answers to our own problems but sometimes, for whatever reason we are unable to find them. By coming to counselling you can give yourself the time and space you need to explore your feelings and work towards improving your well-being, with support and without feeling judged.

I don’t work to any set formula and it is always up to you what you choose to focus on in each session. I can offer support with a range of issues including anxiety & depression, low self esteem, anger management, bereavement and issues with addictions. I offer both individual and couples counselling.

I work from private and comfortable consulting rooms in Keymer Rd, Hassocks and also at Sussex Osteopath & Complimentary Health Clinic in Hurstpierpoint, just a short distance from Burgess Hill & Haywards Heath.

I am a fully qualified and experienced Integrative Counsellor and member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy. I draw from a range of Humanistic therapies including Person-Centred, Gestalt Therapy and Transactional Analysis to find the best way of working for you and with you, as an individual.

I also offer online therapy and am a member of Association for Counselling & Therapy Online.

I offer both short term and long term counselling to individuals and couples, depending on your needs.

Please visit my website for further information on how I work and how counselling can benefit you.
