About me and my therapy practice

I have 22 years experience as a counsellor/therapist and supervisor in both the public and private sectors, supporting persons with a wide range of personal and sometimes complex issues.

There are occasions when familiar support systems and relationships do not feel sufficient, or might have become part of the problem. At times like these it can be very helpful to invite the reflection and insight of an appropriately trained practitioner in counselling to help gain insight.
