About me and my therapy practice
I work in a Pluralistic way, exploring your issues and finding ways by working together for you to live a more fulfilled life.
I can work face to face, online, at the telephone and I also offer walk and Talk therapy with clients who may benefit from working using the outdoor environment for sessions.
I adapt my practice depending upon my clients needs which are varied. Everyone is unique and you will find in me someone who does not judge you. We will finds ways of working together to help you understand your feelings and issues, finding ways to live your life in ways which you can accept, make changes which you feel need to be made and find a balance to the challenges you may face.
My first session
Our first session together will be a get to know each other session, this will usually last for the full 1 hour which includes an initial assessment of what brings you to counselling and any pressing issues you may have before agreeing to work together. It is important that we understand each other and feel that we are both comfortable to work with each other for your best interests going forward.
