About me and my therapy practice

I work with all ages and backgrounds. My aim is to help you find ways to manage situations and make life more fulfilling.

I am an Integrative Counsellor meaning I include various other approaches to suit client specific needs in Counselling and Psychotherapy. I have completed training on a Psychoanalytic Observational Course at NHS Tavistock and Portman.

Counselling offers an opportunity to talk about topics you are unable to share with friends and family. We can explore sadness, anxiety, self-esteem, anger, relationships, childhood and anything on your mind. Sometimes, life is difficult and hard to make sense of, speaking about how you feel can be beneficial and offers a different lens.

Its important to go at your pace and share what you feel comfortable with, so there is no rush to talk about difficult feelings or you may want to talk about it straight away. There is no right or wrong.

We are all on a journey and I would be honoured to walk alongside you. I hope therapy helps you find your voice and accept yourself.

The way we are brought up and the environment can affect us. Looking at difficult experiences can help digest to make sense of them and can help you feel better.

Sometimes, you might notice a pattern that keeps repeating or re-emerging in your life, as we get stuck in ways of thinking and relationships. Being able to look at the pattern could help break the cycle.

Counselling can be difficult and challenging, but also exciting as you discover and develop yourself and being in the world.

I welcome you to bring whatever is on your mind. Sometimes we may be overwhelmed and I might suggest breathing or mindfulness activities.

I have experience working with Adults, Infant's, Primary Aged School children, Adolescents, and Young Adults. I work with clients living in Hounslow, Southall, Hanwell, Ealing, Greenford, Heston, West Drayton, Uxbridge, Hayes and Hillingdon.
