I am a fully qualified Child & Adolescent Counsellor. I see children and young people for regular weekly sessions in my practice, specifically designed for working with children and young people. I have a range of experience working with children therapeutically in primary & secondary schools. My approach is child-centered and integrative; I draw on a variety of therapeutic techniques to meet the needs of each individual child. I aim to establish a good therapeutic relationship with each child and young person to enable them to express their feelings & emotions freely and to find better ways of coping with difficulties. 

Children 

My work with younger children is rooted in child-led play therapy, which enables children to explore their feelings & behaviours through play. I offer a wide variety of play materials to support each child find what they most like to engage with in their play. 

Young People

For young people, I offer talking therapy as well as the use of creative materials and therapeutic resources to enable them to express themselves, find better ways of coping with difficulties, and be curious about their overall mental health and wellbeing.
