Availability

I offer sessions during the daytime and evening on Mondays and Tuesdays. I also have some availability on Wednesday and Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings.

About me and my therapy practice

I offer a compassionate, supportive and confidential counselling service based in Stourbridge. I work with both young people and adults and if you reach out to me I will respond to your enquiry within 24 hours. 

I am trained to help with a number of issues that you may be experiencing including anxiety, low mood, bereavement and trauma.

My aim is to create secure, trusting and consistent relationships with everyone that I work with and in our therapy sessions we would work together to help you understand and work through the difficulties you are experiencing. 

Practice description

I am fully qualified and have a Level 5 Diploma in Counselling. As well as running my own private counselling practice, I also work 3 days a week at a local Further Education College counselling both young people and adults.

I have a purpose built dedicated therapy room offering you a peaceful and safe space. I offer face-to-face or phone call sessions and both short and long-term therapy is available.

My first session

I offer a free initial phone call for up to 15 minutes which can be used to help you ask questions and get a feel for whether or not you would like to book in a session with me. Our first session would be charged at a lower rate of £30 and all further sessions would be charged at my usual rate of £45.
