About me and my therapy practice
Hi, my name is Mina and I am a fully qualified BACP registered integrative counsellor and psychotherapist. My approach stems from the humanistic approach of counselling which gives greater emphasis on the client-therapist relationship.
I aim to provide you with a safe space where you are heard, supported, and truly accepted. To know you will be in a place where there is no right or wrong. A place where you won’t be judged or seen as lesser than or weak.
I will support you to work through your problems by giving you the respectful space you need to explore the issues that are affecting you. My approach is to provide a warm, genuine, non-directive, and non-judgemental environment and I will provide a caring and empathic space for you to explore your feelings.
Whatever you might be feeling that has led you to this page, is something we will aim to explore together and your sessions will be catered to your specific needs. We will do this one day at a time, one step at a time, one conversation at a time.
I work from my home in Twickenham and offer a safe and confidential environment for our sessions.
I offer short-term and long-term counselling, depending on your needs.
