About me and my therapy practice
I am a Humanistic accredited Counsellor and I am experienced in working integratively with children and young people as well as adults. I work creatively allowing the opportunity for clients to express themselves in other ways as well as talking.
I believe you are the expert of yourself. I am here to help you work out what is right for you. I will endeavor to empathise have an understanding of your world, and experience your emotions with you, keep you safe and therefore allow you to discover what is right for you. I believe working in this way at this deeper level with mind, body and spirit gives my clients a relationship they would not experience with anyone else in their life, being truly heard and understood, without judgment. Creating this environment allows a person to explore all aspects of themselves, accepting, understanding and offloading emotions which can become debilitating in their everyday life.
I am trained to work with clients from a holistic perspective and adapt the therapy to a individuals unique needs, giving rise to my client being empowered to initiate change and move forward positively in their life, and to grow towards their own unique identity, to reach their own potential and to know what is best for them.
