About me and my therapy practice
Do you need to talk? Whatever it is, together we can explore ways to transform it.I offer sessions where you can explore yourself in full confidence. This is an opportunity for you to express any feelings and emotions that have been bottled up, such as anger, low self-esteem, grief, fear and shame, for example. I am a counsellor who uses a holistic approach to therapy, which means I explore the wider context of your life, such as your social, cultural, sexual, and spiritual backgrounds.
I have trained as a psychosynthesis counsellor, and in such a psychotherapeutic approach you are seen beyond the symptoms you bring, which means I don’t pathologise you. Actually, I welcome your symptom as a venue for your growth as human being.
When you explore your symptoms, inevitably you learn more about yourself, where you are heading, where you really want to go, what are the things that might have to change along the way, and why often you procrastinate and sabotage yourself, for example.

Practice description
You can expect to be fully acknowledged in what you bring to each session. I will listen and help you to reflect to what has been said and how it has been said. Often people are not aware of what is going on in their lives and my work is about helping you to see that, not just pointing it out to you but allowing space and time for you to find out from within. The majority of attitudes you perform in your life come from a place you are not aware of, it comes from unconscious forces within yourself. My job is to help you to shine light to these blind spots. I am intuitive and trust my intuition which guides me as to what is the most appropriate intervention in each session with you. Expect to go deeper into your situation and find out important information about who you are which is always larger than you thought. The work I offer is creative and invites your imagination as a tool for a deeper understanding of your situation. Expect to be treated as a human being and not just a patient.Types of therapy
