Practice description
My Approach
My approach is warm and honest combined with a range of effective therapeutic approaches such as breath work, guided imagery, somatic experiencing, TRE (Tension and Trauma Release Exercises) and family systems to name a few. In other words, my approach creates a space where something authentic opens up between us. You are welcome and invited to be just as you are, warts and all.
I support you initially by going wherever you are at as well as taking you where you need to go, at your pace, in order to support your healing process. I fully engage with your emotions and difficulties that are likely to arise, creating a space where you feel heard and fully acknowledged.
The aim of my work is to help you to know yourself by eventually allowing yourself to experience fully your feelings and emotions. In that way, an opportunity opens up where hidden gems within yourself are likely to be discovered. I will be there with you all the way if you wish, not just sitting back and listening but fully engaging in whatever way is beneficial for your growth.
