Practice description

My counselling practice is in a bespoke setting called Bloom Health and Wellbeing Hub set within Raceview mill.  It is easily accessible with free car parking and direct access.

We have two comfortable therapy rooms, Rose and Lavendar where your privacy is guaranteed.

My first session

On your first session you will be greeted by me and shown to the therapy room.  I will explain to you how therapy works and specifically how I work.  This will help you decide if it is what you are looking for and you if you think that I can meet your needs.  This is so important as the connection and the relationship with the therapist is fundamental to the work.

This session is called assessment and we will 'contract' a term used for the written agreement we make together.

This session is always complimentary.
