About me and my therapy practice

I work pyschodynamically; looking at how our past experiences influence and impact on the present. I also use CBT techniques and solution focused thinking when I believe it is helpful.

Practice description

At the present time, I offer face to face, on-line and telephone counselling. I also offer single session therapy if required.

My first session

The first session enables the client to discuss their most pressing issues and give an overview of what they would like to achieve from counselling.
