I am not currently taking on new clients.About me and my therapy practice
I love to work with people who are trying to find their way: especially in young adulthood, after a major life change, or looking both backwards and forwards in mid-life.
I also believe therapy can be vital if you want to make an impact with your life, to understand yourself and the kind of contribution you have to give the world.
I think we're all trying to move forward in life: sometimes to do that you've got to find out where you are right now. And sometimes you need someone to go along with you, holding out hope that you can do it.
Practice description
I listen for what matters and keep an open mind for where we might need to go next. There's no manual for this kind of work: my training is about staying alive to everything you bring. My goal is to be active in helping you become more in charge of your own life.
I normally meet people once a week for 50 minutes, without a pre-determined limit on the number of sessions.
Clients I work with
Adults, Older adults, Young people
How I deliver therapy
Long term sessions, Long-term face-to-face work, Online therapy, Short term sessions, Short-term face-to-face work, Telephone therapy, Time-limited

I am not currently taking on new clients.About me and my therapy practice
I love to work with people who are trying to find their way: especially in young adulthood, after a major life change, or looking both backwards and forwards in mid-life.
I am also very interested in working with people who want to make a social or environmental impact in their life.
I think we're all trying to move forward in life: to do that it can help to think about where you are right now, to understand yourself and what you have to give the world.
If any of the above rings true, please do get in touch: I'd love to hear more about your situation and to think about whether I might be able to help. I know what it's like to be looking for a therapist. It can be delicate and uncertain: I respect and honour that.

My first session
For a first session my focus is on understanding more about you - what has brought you to therapy, and the outlines of your life so far.
It's also a chance for you to ask questions and get a sense of whether you would like to work together.
Therapy is a very personal relationship so it's right to be able to experience it before making a commitment. For that reason I charge a reduced rate of £40 for first sessions.
