About me and my therapy practice
I work with a wide range of issues and find it's better for your wellbeing if you are not directed. The core of my practice is that I empathise and provide unconditional acceptance.
I feel that the client-counsellor relationship is vitally important. As many studies show that this is a major factor in the client's autonomy. You are the key to knowing whether a counsellor is right for you.
I draw on knowledge of various approaches to help reduce your psychological distress and enhance well-being. I'm able to bring in elements of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) in a client-centred way. Also, Transactional Analysis and creative aspects, including guided visualisations.
Before 5pm - £65. From 5pm - £75.
Situated in the City of London, Bishopsgate, opposite Liverpool Street Station, EC2. I am within easy distance of Moorgate, Bank, Aldgate, Fenchurch Street, Old Street, Shoreditch, Spitalfields and Whitechapel.
