About me and my therapy practice
Are you struggling with life at the moment? Could you benefit from a safe space to be really heard and explore your feelings? Taking this first step is hard, but in offering you that space, I can help you to overcome issues which feel challenging, difficult and perhaps hopeless.
I am an experienced counsellor and I work a great deal with anxiety, panic disorder and intrusive thoughts. Thoughts can trigger powerful emotions which can leave us feeling powerless and isolated, and perhaps no longer trusting in ourselves and our abilities. Whilst I don't have a magic wand, I believe that people have the answers within themselves; I will be alongside you and will support you in gaining fresh insights and a better understanding of your concerns.
I use a Person-Centred approach, but have also studied CBT, Gestalt Therapy and Mindfulness, therefore, the counselling that we embark upon will be tailored to your needs and which we can review together.

I offer this confidential counselling service from a quiet and private counselling room with free off road parking.
