About me and my therapy practice
I am a person-centred therapist with an MA in clinical counselling from Chester university. I have experience of supporting clients with a range of issues and I conduct short and long term therapy.
I have worked for a number of organisations, charities and EAP services and I am now in private practice.
As well as face to face sessions, I have experience of online and telephone therapy and have recently completed training in therapeutic supervision.
I have a keen interest in mother and daughter attachment and support individuals and families to negotiate this complex relationship.
I follow the Seven-Eyed model of supervision and work with a grounding in humanistic theory.
As a trainee supervisor, I am looking for supervisees to build up my caseload and gain experience and will therefore offer concessionary rates for 1 hour or 1.5 hour sessions until I qualify in January 2022.
My first session
I am happy to offer a free 20 minute session to talk through the support needed and to see if a working alliance can be formed.
