About me and my therapy practice

You are just feeling fed up with self-doubt and rumination; and you are worrying about your continual procrastination and your escape from opportunities in life.  You feel like you are finally ready to move forward.

I understand what it feels like when encountering emotional issues, worries and stress in life.  I embarked on a journey of self-exploration, which has allowed me to feel, see and find what I am passionate about in life.  Throughout these years of experience on working on the Self, I am dedicated and feeling grateful in collaboratively assisting YOU in overcoming your doubts and thus having YOUR potential unleashed FULLY, be it in your life journey, career development, parenting stage, as well as your children’s development.

Practice description

I will help you by guiding you how to first identify the thoughts that initiate the unpleasant feelings. Since our natural state of comfort, health and happy mood lies in the optimal condition of our mental, emotional, social and physical Well-being; maintaining our peace of mind and getting in touch with our healthy sense of self allows us to navigate life with joy, love and compassion.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is one of the effective ways to help dealing with feelings of anxiety, worry and depression.  CBT supports the fact that our thoughts, emotions, bodily sensations and the current events are interlinked to one another.  Therefore, to understand Yourself better can be the first step of cultivating self-awareness.

Besides CBT, I also offer Counselling with an Integrative Approach - drawing the benefits from various modalities to suit my clients.
