About me and my therapy practice

Everyone is different and you may feel like you would like to get back out there again or you may not feel quite ready yet. With this in mind I offer a range of options depending on what you feel comfortable with,  sessions can be available in person , online via zoom  or telephone or  walk and talk.   I am an experienced, qualified integrative counsellor and registered member of the BACP.

I understand how hard it can be to make that first step forward to getting help and  offer a free no obligation telephone consultation to begin with.  I work with clients who struggle with low self-esteem, low confidence, stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, bereavement and loss. I can offer you a empathic , confidential safe space in which to explore what is troubling you at your own pace without pressure or judgement.

My background is in Nursing and health and social care I am an experienced counsellor working in private practice. I also work for a local charitable organisation who provide counselling in various community settings.

My own personal life experiences and challenges have shown me that with the right support we can find ways to overcome obstacles and difficulties in life and look forward to a more positive and fulfilled life.
