About me and my therapy practice
The coronavirus pandemic has had a huge effect on the everyday life of all of us and maybe you are feeling anxious and worrying about every aspect of your life and what the future will hold for you and your family.
My aim as a counsellor is to help you to feel happier and settled in your life and relationships.
I naturally listen with empathy and compassion and I will support and respect your values and views in a professional, safe, non judgemental and confidential environment.
I am a BACP accredited counsellor and psychotherapist. I have a well established private practice in Totton, Southampton. I have recently moved my practice from Shirley, Southampton, where I had been offering therapy and counselling for over ten years to individuals.
My first session
I currently offer a free 20 minute initial phone or zoom consultation with no obligation to commit to further counselling sessions.
