About me and my therapy practice
Working with mainly adult females, males and couples, helping them to explore inner thoughts and feelings, and helping them to feel more able to cope with improved insight and understanding. Anxiety, low mood, self esteem and relational issues are areas I most often offer people assistance with. Counselling provides a safe and confidential place to explore, learn, grow and change. Years of experience allows me to tune into each person and their individual needs, including pace, accessibility and depth.
I apply evidence-based approaches throughout therapy which include Person-Centred Experiential Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness. Along with training, professional CPD and qualifications, I bring my own diverse life experience from living abroad, to single parenting and personal loss.
