About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified, highly experienced and BACP accredited counsellor for adults and young people working in Greetland (Just outside of Halifax)
I focus on your unique and individual needs and adapt your counselling to best suit you. I will help you to explore and understand your issue, emotions, thoughts and behaviours, which will enable you to make positive and empowering changes to your life.
I am an integrative counsellor, which means that I am trained and experienced in different counselling approaches and techniques, so I can work in a way which best suits you.
Counselling is a confidential service and I work to the ethical framework as set out by the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP)
